Julia Arpag is the founder and CEO of Aligned Recruitment, a tech recruitment firm on a mission to change how startups build high-performing, values-aligned teams. Since launching in August 2023, Julia has bootstrapped the company to near 7-figure success—scaling rapidly through referrals, relationships, and results.

Aligned Recruitment specializes in hiring elite software engineers and IT professionals for mission-driven SaaS startups, helping companies build top-tier engineering teams with intention and integrity.

Beyond business, Julia is deeply committed to purpose-driven leadership. She and her husband are foster parents to two teenage boys, and a portion of Aligned Recruitment’s profits are donated to foster and adoptive care ministries.
