Carrie is the creator of Hey Work Friend, the social media brand that teaches employees how work actually works behind the scenes. Her content breaks down the unwritten rules of corporate - PIPs, performance reviews, compensation, toxic managers - and turns them into scripts people can use in real conversations.

Since launching in January 2026, Hey Work Friend has grown to over 90,000 followers across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with more than 80 million views. What started as short-form videos has expanded into a full content brand with digital guides, 1:1 coaching calls, a HWF inner-circle community called "Work Decoded", and "The Strategic Exit Program" for managers through executives ready to leave on their terms.

Before building HWF, Carrie spent 12+ years in HR and Talent Acquisition - which is exactly how she knows what's really happening on the other side of that closed door.
