Kasey D'Amato is a fractional business advisor, executive coach, and leadership development partner who works with family-owned and founder-led businesses navigating growth, transition, and complexity.
With 20 years of experience as a Dermatology PA, Kasey essentially served as Chief of Staff to a physician founder—translating vision into operations, managing team dynamics, and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. Somewhere along the way, she caught the entrepreneurship bug and built three businesses of her own: a global skincare line and two consulting companies. This combination of human behavior expertise, serial entrepreneurship, and multi level leadership coaching gives her a unique perspective on what it takes to advance a business without sacrificing your sanity or relationships.
Kasey specializes in helping business owners transition from operator to strategic CEO. Her clients are typically navigating major inflection points—positioning for acquisition, transitioning to the next generation, or breaking through growth plateaus. She works at the intersection of data-driven strategy and emotional intelligence, helping leaders make high-stakes decisions with confidence, build cohesive teams (even when family dynamics are involved), and develop the leadership capacity to scale sustainably.
Kasey serves on the University of Miami President's Council and Launch Pad advisory board. She's passionate about giving back to the next generation of leaders and writes the weekly newsletter blog In Your Corner—offering strategic resets for leaders who refuse to choose between impact and peace.
