Sharice Johnson

Sharice Johnson has spent more than 20 years shaping lives through education, leadership, and community service. As a dedicated education administrator, she leads with purpose and passion, championing equity and belonging. Her work creates spaces where both students and adults feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Sharice’s commitment to uplifting young women led her to create Girls Grace, the school’s first-ever all-girls confidence conference. Celebrating 10 years of Girls Grace, this transformative event brings together women leaders from across Central Pennsylvania to mentor and inspire the next generation through workshops focused on character development and career exploration.
Sharice is deeply rooted in her community. She is a proud graduate and Class Speaker of the 2021 Leadership Harrisburg Area Community Leadership Series, and she continues to lead by example through her service. She holds leadership roles on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Mid State PA, where she serves as Vice-Chair and Diversity Chair, and she is a frequent speaker at the Rotary Youth Leadership Academy. Sharice also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the AKA Foundation of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Epsilon Sigma Omega Chapter.
Sharice’s academic journey reflects her dedication to youth and community development. She earned a Master of Science in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University, a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Delaware State University, and a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Temple University.
At the heart of everything she does is her family. Sharice lives in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Kellen, and their two sons, Kenton and Karson. Her life’s work is a testament to the power of service, leadership, and the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive.
