She spent over 20 years with The Hershey Company, where she became the first female Director in Sales and pioneered initiatives in diversity, training, and leadership development. Linda later founded her own consulting firm, Peopletrax, and worked with major brands like Procter & Gamble, Verizon, and Johnson & Johnson. Most recently with Perceptyx, she partnered with global companies to advance employee engagement and people strategy. A Penn State grad, Linda is also active in her community, serving on the board of Tennis Central and supporting women in leadership.
