Patty Sibbach is a Harrisburg native who attended Shippensburg University on an athletic scholarship and received a BA in Communications/Public Relations. She spent over 30 years working in the health and pharmaceutical industries, winning National Sales Awards, where she focused on women’s health including; cardiovascular, hypertension, bone health, vaccines and diabetes therapies (launched Ozempic in Central Pa) before pivoting to work full time in her personal training, fitness and wellness companies! As a local coach for youth sports for over 20 years, she understands the juggling of responsibilities in marriage, raising children, a career, and business ownership.
She opened Precision Training Concepts (PTC), a highly individualized personalized training studio focusing on education in Harrisburg and expanded to a second location in 2019. After moving to an underserved area in Perry County in 2020, Patty and her husband, Bryan, saw the need for better health in the community and opened their first membership-based facility, Perry Strength & Fitness Center. They’ve expanded Perry Strength to include PT, student athletic programs and community service & involvement. Patty currently lectures in local schools and companies on the importance of fitness and movement as a foundation to healthy living and has won multiple community & chamber of commerce awards for her training studios & fitness center. A sister company, Precision Wellness Health & Beauty Studio, opened in 2023 with a heightened focus on esthetics, massage and stretching.
In addition, they are an exclusive fitness partner with Capital Blue Cross and partner with companies in their corporate wellness initiatives to maximize employee health. Patty and her husband were also named the West Shore Chamber of Commerce 2022 Les Ginanni Business & Community Connection Recipient for their contributions to the community as well as a 2023 Luminary Award Visionary finalist. Patty is also a past recipient of the CPBJ Women of Influence and has spent many years volunteering with the Salvation Army, American Heart Association, Girls on the Run, the Special Olympics, Perry County Literacy Council and Midwest Food Bank-Pa. Her on line health & fitness program, “Giving Wellness” is a partnership with Kathy Anderson-Martin, former Executive Director of MidWest Food Bank-Pa , and now Principal of Take Victory LLC. where the program provides weekend nutrition for 11 children with every individual who participates during the 8 week wellness challenge! Giving Wellness is available for individuals and/or companies who are looking for accountability in an on line community platform with points achieved through completing nutritional and fitness components.
